Returns & Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be most happy to accept your return of the item in an unused, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging included in your return failing which, we regret that any request for a refund or exchange will not be entertained.

 

  1. If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so for a change in size only. In the unfortunate event that the size you desire is not available, we reserve the right to refund you the amount that you have paid for the item except for any shipping and handling fees and duties or taxes that you may have incurred.

 

  1. Please note that ALL sales items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

  1. All shipping and handling fees for the original order and your return are not refundable.

 

  1. Items for refund and exchange are to be returned within:

 

 

  • 14 days from the date of delivery to you for orders originating from Singapore; and

 

  • 21 days from date of delivery to you for orders originating from outside of Singapore (ie. International orders)

           

How do I return or exchange an item?

 

  1. We strive to give you the perfect item ordered and we inspect the item before it leaves our premises. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, kindly send us an email at hello@bellablizz.com. Please state your order number and the reason for the return in your email to us. If possible, please attach a photograph of the alleged defect in your email to us. We will reply to you as soon as possible with the refund confirmation and also to let you know whether you need to send the item back to us.

 

  1. For all other returns or exchange of regular priced items, please return the item/s, together with the Return Form enclosed with your order duly filled up, to our office address stated below:

  1. Please note that your item/s must be returned in its unworn and unwashed original state with all tags attached and in its original packaging. We regret that we will be unable to process your return if any of these conditions are not met.

 

  1. Please send the tracking number to us thereafter. Your return will be processed within 2 days of our receiving your package.

 

How will my refund be processed?

 

  1. Orders that were paid via bank transfer can only be refunded in the form of store credits with a validity period of 6 months from the date of issue. Orders that were paid with PayPal will be refunded via PayPal and in SGD currency. For orders placed outside of Singapore, your refund value may vary from the original amount that you paid in view of fluctuating currency exchange rate.

 

  1. Depending on your credit card issuer, your refund may take 3 to 10 working days to appear on your billing statement. If you have not received your refund beyond this period, please check with your credit card issuer first.

 

  1. Please note that for international orders, we do not refund any duties or taxes that you may have paid. Kindly contact your local customs office in this regard.

 

When will I receive my exchanged item?

 

Subject to stock availability, your exchanged item will usually be despatched within 2 working days after receipt of your returned item. We will notify you via email once your exchanged item has been shipped.
